Description and usage notes:

One of the extremely powerful ingredients, best thought of in the same way as the pyrazines.

Tiny traces can be used to add realism to fruity accords and to fruity florals, giving an authentic ripness not obtainable without the characteristic sulphur note.

Must be used with caution  or it can easily ruin a blend, but it’s not quite as powerful or as difficult to use successfully as Dimethyl Sulphide, which has similar qualities. In pure form this material is quite toxic: at the 1% dilution offered here it is safe enough to handle with care in most environments: but keep out of reach of young children.
