Description and usage notes:

Very nice ambery-cedarwood substitute – a cheaper alternative to the more costly synthetic ambergris – this is one of the most useful and reasonably priced fixative-radiants. Works exceptionally well alongside MCK (Vertofix, methyl cedryl ketone) and in synergy with stronger amber ingredients like Ambrofix or Fixateur 505.

According to Arcadi Boix Camps it is “extraordinary and has a bright quality between amber and patchouli. This is one of my favourite aromatics and it can be used in luxury perfumery as well as to give vitality to the qualities of Vertofix, as in functional perfumery, where it confers an uncommon character and fixes marvellously well the floral-aldehydic notes of undecylenic and cyclamen aldehydes, Lilial, Lyral and others.”

Manny thanks to Pell Wall for this product. I have created my best-selling male fragrance based on an overdose of this product and cashmeran in an citric woody fragrance. The best product to give a luxury impression to almost any fragrance. Wonderful results in woody-ambery-floral creations.

A very elegant ambery woody note that I’ve detected in many modern fragrances. It works wonders for adding a woody fullness to the heart notes. A lovely product!
