Delivery to European destinations resumed as of  January 4th 2021 at 00:01 (GMT).

We are now able to ship to European locations again but as the UK have left the European Union our parcels now need to interact in a different way with customs so please bear with us.

DHL have now also confirmed that, like DPD, they have suspended European road services with only air options still in service – we only use DHL’s air services so we do not expect any significant issue with these and will therefore continue to send parcels that qualify via DHL.

We use DHL for our non-European parcels such as the middle east, US and Australia. They are also used for our european parcels that have opted for the premium delivery option.

Following the decision by the French government to close the border with the UK we will be unable to ship parcels using European road services with our courier DPD, who have suspended all services to continental Europe and the Republic of Ireland with immediate effect.

Other international services are also likely to be affected as some freight flights have already been temporaily halted by various countries although we are awaiting confirmation on which courier services and routes will be affected.

At this time, we do not know how long these restrictions will last – it could be as little as 48 hours or it could be much longer – but for the time being we will not be shipping to these destinations. Therefore we kindly ask that you do not place new orders for European and Republic of Ireland addresses and if you have an existing order with us please await further news from us, do not contact us about the status of these orders at this incredibly difficult time: we will contact you with news and options as soon as we possibly can.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvienience this issue may cause, we are working hard to resolve it as quickly as possible.
