Description and usage notes:
Formerly a captive molecule from Givaudan: “Ambermax is a powerful, fusing and substantive rich ambery note with some woody cedarwood facets. Its outstanding fabric substantivity makes it a key building block for fabric care fragrances beating all benchmarks on dry cloth.”
Trace amounts are extremely synergistic with other amber materials such as Ambrofix, Amber Core, Cedramber and others, giving added lift and impact to the fragrance.
Here presented at 50% in Dowanol TPM, as sold by Givaudan. At Pell Wall we have found that this product can crystallise out at low temperatures (including in transit) and be very difficult to re-liquefy. As a result we also offer Ambermax at 10%, achieved by diluting this product (at 50% in Dowanol TPM, as sold by Givaudan) to 20% in ethanol so as to give a true 10% of Ambermax itself which avoids the problem of crystallisation at low temperatures.

SuperPower, great amber molecule…and when I read diluted to 50% do not hesitate to put it in the cart.

Very intense animalic fragrance with a warm base.
I diluted it down to 1% and its still extremely powerful in my mixtures.
